Terms of Service
General rules, responsibilities, and limitations applicable to facility management services.
Purpose of the Service
Avyaservices provides corporate maintenance, industrial HVAC, and cleaning services for office buildings and production plants in Argentina. The B2B portal allows you to manage service tickets, review preventive maintenance schedules, and download operational reports.
Access and use of the portal are subject to the conditions described herein. By using the service, the client accepts these terms in their entirety.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide truthful and up-to-date information about their facilities, equipment, and maintenance needs. They are responsible for facilitating access to the areas where tasks will be performed.
- Notify any changes in the conditions of the facilities that may affect the provision of the service.
- Keep contact information and authorized users updated on the portal.
- Not use the portal for purposes other than managing the contracted services.
Limitations of Liability
Avyaservices shall not be liable for damages arising from force majeure events, including unscheduled power outages, natural disasters, or acts of third parties unrelated to the service.
The total liability of Avyaservices in relation to any service provided is limited to the value of the contracted service for the corresponding period. Indirect damages or production losses not expressly provided for in the contract are not covered.
Specific Exclusions
Damages caused by the following are excluded from maintenance coverage:
- Misuse of equipment by the client's personnel.
- Unauthorized modifications made to the facilities.
- Lack of basic maintenance by the client (filter cleaning, access inspection).
Portal Usage Conditions
The B2B portal is designed for the client to register service requests, consult the maintenance history, and download reports. Each user will receive non-transferable access credentials.
The client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. Any activity carried out from a registered account will be considered as carried out by the account holder.
Suspension of Access
Avyaservices reserves the right to suspend access to the portal in the event of:
- Non-compliance with the agreed payment conditions.
- Fraudulent or malicious use of the system.
- Express written request from the client.
Modification of Terms
Avyaservices may update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the portal or by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
